Spring in Den Bosch
Den Bosch is waking up, outdoor seating areas are popping up, sunglasses are making an appearance, and that first spring buzz is in the air everywhere. From bustling squares to green parks and lively neighborhoods: this is the season when Den Bosch shows off what it does best. So get out there, because spring is in the air!
The Garden of Delights
In the spring of 2026, De Tuin der Lusten will come to life once again as an open art and gathering space on the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal near the Citadel in Den Bosch. This colorful creative space is a hub for contemporary art, performance, and socializing, linked to the larger art and water festival Bosch Parade.

Let yourself be inspired, surprised, and welcomed. Whether you call it ’s-Hertogenbosch or Den Bosch, we’ll leave that up to you. What we can say with certainty: here, we celebrate life like no other! All flavors come together here like a carefully curated snack platter. A touch of historic charm, unique culture, and a generous dose of Burgundian conviviality. Some places you’d rather keep to yourself, but that’s not how we roll. A Bosschenaar never, ever celebrates alone! So let yourself be inspired by our official city guide to Den Bosch.

When you say Den Bosch, do you think of... water? You might not have known this, but our city is where no fewer than five different rivers converge. Add all the ponds and lakes to that, and you’ll see: we’re a true water city. And that means it’s a great place to be on a hot summer day. Go ahead and turn off your phone, because with these activities, we’re going completely off-grid! When it’s so hot that the sparrows are falling off the roof, we want nothing more than to get out on the water. That works out perfectly, because you can float right through the city on a SUP.
